Gastronomy The house has its own chef who prepares all meals daily, offering different daily dishes. The chef always uses seasonal ingredients, and local products allowing our clients to experience the rich and varied cuisine of the Catalan countryside. During your stay you will enjoy breakfasts which include bread with tomato, a selection of cold meats, cheeses, fresh fruit, juices, coffees and tea. Also lunches and evening meals will include traditional dishes such as beans, bacon and sausage, grilled meats, rice dishes with wild mushroom and crème catalana. Meals are served in the traditional Escrigues dining room, in summer it is also possible to have lunch and dinner out on the terrace. English is spoken during all meals in the company of our native trainers and together with the other course participants. |
