Payment form
All students must pay a 150€ deposit at the time of booking to reserve their place. The rest of the payment of the course must be carried out 21 days before the start of the course.
Cancellation policies:
If you cancel your course or accommodation up to 21 days before the start date, we will refund the total fees paid, minus the enrolment fee. If you cancel your course less than 21 days before the start date, the full value of the fees paid, minus the enrolment fee will be transferred to another course of your choice at a later date, or you will receive a partial refund.
100% if you cancel 21 days in advance.
50% if you cancel 8-20 days in advance.
0% if you cancel 7 days in advance.
In situations where Immerscom cancels the course the student will receive the total amount of the monies paid. |
